Apparel items are sent via 'Regular Parcel Australia Post', the parcel includes up to 5kg (est. x5-6 activewear items) and tracking number is provided.
Art Prints and Cards are sent via 'Regular Letter Australia Post', no tracking number / refund or replacement provided.

Apparel items are sent via 'Standard International Post' with a tracking number. The small parcel includes up to 500gm (est. x2 leggings), the larger parcel includes up to 1kg (est. x5 leggings)
Art Prints and Cards are sent via 'Economy Air Australian Post', no tracking number / refund or replacement provided. These can take 8-14+ business days, please see rates below.

UK / EUROPE / USA / CA - $3.50-10 AUD
If you wish to add a tracking number the shipping will cost the same as the standard international small parcel rate above, at check-out please select 'Tracked Parcel'
All A4 Prints are sent with a cardboard backing to keep the item flat during the postage process.
We will ship to the address specified in the order. Please ensure you entered your information correctly as we are not accountable for shipping related costs for incorrect or un-deliverable addresses.
Please contact Australia Post for delivery status once your item has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy
Although we quality control all items before being dispatched unfortunately manufacturer defects happen and cannot always be avoided. If you do find a defect in the products workmanship, please promptly send a picture of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items that have a manufacturing defect must be returned with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed within 14 days of your order being received.
Upon receiving your item, it will undergo a routine quality review. If it is deemed to be faulty, we will happily replace the defected item and refund the return shipping charges via PayPal or credit card.
Your refund will normally appear on your bank statement within 10 business days.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please note, a lot of our products are created with delicate natural fibres and recycled fabrics and need to be treated with tender loving care. Please follow washing and handling instructions carefully.
We do allow exchanges for the same style only, but we do not offer refunds or credits on wrong size or change of mind garments. Please read our Size Guide carefully and measure yourself according to the guide before you purchase an item.
If you do need to change the size, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can check product availability .
If the newly desired size is in stock we are happy to swap it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for item returns unless the item is deemed faulty.
When returning an item please use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost or damaged.
If your items are delivered in a reusable bag, please consider the environment and just change the shipping label.
Any merchandise purchased in a retail outlet is returnable only to that specific store. Please return to the store where you made your initial purchase.
Please note all items are non-refundable and we do not accept returns on sale items except if the item is found to be defective.
